Top 5 Ways to Get Healthy that Are Easy to Incorporate into Your Current Lifestyle

Hey guys, short little post today just showing you some of the top 5 ways to get healthier that are easy to start doing in whatever lifestyle you have!

1. Drink more water, if you drink sodas.. then try to lay of those.

2. Assuming you have the time, try to do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day. This will help a lot.

3. Don't stay up late! Try to get a good amount of sleep. Meaning no going to bed at 1 or 2 am! Unless, of course, your job is scheduled around that.

4. Eat breakfast. This will stop you from over-eating when lunch time rolls around.

5. Eat more fruits and veggies.

  3. Sodas kill the human body slowly. I saw a video on youtube where they lay a tooth in a can of pepsi, and it shows you how the tooth desintegrates in a couple of weeks! Imagine what it does to your body... Drink plenty of water daily and you'll be healthy for life!

  10. It's really amazing to know that, Human body consist of 70% water, but still we need to drink more water daily. It's really good for health & help against many diseases. I think minimum 6 hours sleep is required, specially in night, It will keep you healthy, But you forgot to mention exercise or a morning walk. I think it's beneficial too.

  12. I lived in Germany for a short while a couple of years ago and I found that carbonated water was an excellent replacement for sugary fizzy drinks. It has no calories and I don't feel as though I have denied myself something I enjoy.

Nice Tips..I would like to add that most of us spend some time every day sitting down watching tv, or working...there can be activities you can incorportate e.g if you are workingin you can be doing something with your legs...this will ofcourse burn more calories than what you usually do while sitting down, yes we do burn calories even if we are sitting down..there' s lot you can find on the internet about this...

  25. Nice post...I find that taking foods that you love but converting them by using healthy recipes is another good idea that people sometimes brush over. For instance, normal breakfasts can become way healthier by replacing egg yolks for egg whites. Simple things like that (almost subconsciously) make you lose that weight and become more healthy.
